Is there any way to export alfresco users and groups to an ldap server? I want to be able to create groups in alfresco web client and then synchronize with ldap. It's possible in liferay but is it in alfresco?cheers

Hi, just wondering if anything has been introduced in Alfresco 3.2 that may help facilitate this? i.e.the synching of user properties from Alfresco back to LDAP? Or does anyone have any tips on how this can be implemented??

This is just a bump to check to see if this situation has changed. Can anything in Alfresco 4.0 (or later) support exporting Alfresco users – or even just support changing existing user attributes – to LDAP repositories? I was under the impression that this was the intent of ldap.synchronization.active (c.f. ldap.authentication.active) in ldap-authentication.properties.
