topic Document associated with proc instance in Alfresco Archive https://connect.hyland.com/t5/alfresco-archive/document-associated-with-proc-instance/m-p/123451#M86938 <HTML><HEAD></HEAD><BODY><SPAN>I need to audit the review and approval of documents in Alfresco 4.1 which uses the Activiti engine.&nbsp; To that end I discovered the "Activiti Explorer" and started exploring.&nbsp; I see the active procs and also the database table that include RU and HI history tables for all executed procs.</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>When I create a Parallel Review and Approve task I can see it in the explorer and also in the database.&nbsp; I also see it in the HI tables in the database.&nbsp; The problem is that I am not sure where the noderef to the document associate with the review process is stored.&nbsp; I see noderefs for bpm_package, bpm_assignee, initiator, initiatorhome… but nothing that points to the document.&nbsp; I thought it might be in ACT_HI_ATTACHMENT however there are zero(0) records there.</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>In the end what I need to provide to a SOX auditor when given a document reference is :</SPAN><BR /><SPAN>1. Was the document approved.</SPAN><BR /><SPAN>2. The person(s) that approved the document.</SPAN><BR /><SPAN>3.
