This seems to be related to the "Data Dictionary". I get the same error if I attempt to just export that space. I do not get the error on any other space…except the complete repository of course.

I had read the wiki page on migration. This solution will not work on Linux. The MYSQL migration tools are not available for Linux.

Then currently your best solution is to take one of the latest nightly builds, and upgrade your server to that. The latest builds contain the fixes for Full Export/Import so you can use that instead.
