error with ldap

hi, I can connect AD with alfresco, I can login with user and pass, but the first click in everywhere, the system show this errornet.sf.acegisecurity.AuthenticationServiceException: Failed to open passthru auth sessionnet.sf.acegisecurity.AuthenticationServiceException: Failed to open passthru auth
