I refreshed the page for "Company Home > Originals" several times, and no Actions displayed next to the PDF.

After I logged out, and logged back in as "admin", all of the expected Actions showed up next to the PDF in "Company Home > Originals".

Is anyone aware of this issue? Is there a fix?
