Failed to copy Lucene index root

I've been having this server problem since I started to use ALfresco Community 2.1 version. I specified dir.root=/srv/alfresco/datadir.indexes=/srv/alfresco/datain custom-repository.properties. Andy,

It is a bug. If I don't specify the dir.indexes=/srv/alfresco/data, I don't get the same error.

Should I report it, or it (or similiar one) has already been reported in JIRA?

Is this issue resolved? I have the same problem using 2.1 enterprise edition.

Hi
We are facing this issue from last week. We have been using Alfresco community 2.1 from last 2 years and suddenly now we are
getting failed to copy lucene index error.
We are also not able to understand Why our FTS lucene index job is failing. Alfresco not able to create lucene indexes. Alfresco has deleted all previously generated lucene index and now It is running without index.
Could you please help us how do we resolved this issue?
Can anybody know why suddenly this error coming in our environment ?
Did anybody face similar issue like suddenly Alfresco FTS index started giving error?
