Caused by: java.text.ParseException: Unparseable date: "20091217100232.0Z"‍

ldap date format is incorrect for the sincronization process.

hi

so you can see in the log, the user you set up in files in alfresco ldap not be authenticated or validated for timing, remember that it is synchronized and alfresco ldap user must be a bridge
