The attached document has the image which shows the portion cut out of the original workflow.
The area marked out with red indicates the incomplete image generated. More tasks must be visible in the incomplete part and the bounday timers are also incomplete if one can closely observe.

The names have been blackened as this workflow is a confidential information.

Can you retrieve the process image using the Java API and just write it to your hard disk?
That way we can ruly out that the error is on the js side, but actually in the Activiti code.

Hi

The problem is solved temporarily. I just kept adjusting the process xml (the X and Y axis )in the activiti editor and I could see the entire flow in the js pop-up.
I know that this is not the solution but I am not able to identify why this problem is arising and why the adjusting of process xml in editor is resolving this issue.
In future if there are hundreds of tasks in the process flow then I cannot keep on adjusting the flow. Can anybody help in identifying the issue.

See above. Also, how does the process image looks like in Activiti Explorer?
