Según este error:

SEVERE: The web application [/solr4] created a ThreadLocal with key of type [java.lang.ThreadLocal] (value [java.lang.ThreadLocal@3ab9cfed]) and a value of type [org.alfresco.util.CachingDateFormat] (value [yyyy-MM-dd]) but failed to remove it when the web application was stopped. Threads are going to be renewed over time to try and avoid a probable memory leak.

Creo que tu problema es con SOLR. Échale un vistazo a este hilo por si pudiera ser la causa del problema: Problemas con Alfresco y SOLR (SOLUCIONADO)
