Message "INFO: Server startup in 16614 ms"

I have got to the stage where I get the message "INFO: Server startup in 16614 ms" at the bottom of the screen, plus tomcat error text as below.I have run the db_setup.bat a couple of times to initiate MySQL. On running the http://localhost:8080/web-client/faces/jsp/login.jsp command, I get a Site E

Peter,

Hello. When db_setup runs it registers the alfresco mysql login against localhost only. I have previously found I had to register the login against the machine hostname as well. Try the following substituting your machines hostname for the word <host> :-

c:\mysql\bin\mysql -u root -e "grant all on alfresco.* to 'alfresco'@'<host>' identified by 'alfresco' with grant option;"
