Accessing same oracle database from diff Alfresco Instances

We are trying to access the same oracle database from two different alfresco instances from two different boxes. From one box we are able to access the database, on the other box while starting the Jboss server with alfresco we are getting following the error. Is there any specific configuration set

Hi,

You will be getting this error if your second server does not have synced content store and indexes with the first.
