creating documents via forms

Hi,We have been working with Alfresco for over 4 months now and we are very excited about it so far. The next step that we would like to accomplish is to allow our users to submit fillable forms that would generate a file automatically in Alfreso (in a designated space of course). Sorry, forgot to mention something. We have tried the WCM module in Alfresco and although it is very capable it doesn't allow for this type of feature. All editing/updating features in WCM module seem fairly internal of Alfresco and what we are trying to achieve is getting the external document to go automatically into a specified space on a click of a button.

Please let me know if further clarification is needed.
