Hi all, there is a way to integrate Activiti Engine in Lotus Notes (Lotus Domino 8.5.3), without use external relational databases?

I read in the user guide:

If it is possible in Java, it is possible with Activiti!

But in the faq I read:

Which databases does Activiti support?
In this first alpha release, we only support H2. Before the 5.0.GA release we will include support for at least:

    H2
    Oracle
    MySQL
    PostgreSQL

Subsequent database compatibility will be driven by demand.

Is there some workaround to make it work within Lotus notes?

menteora
follow me on Twitter: @menteora
my blog: http://www.dinamicamente.org

So you want to use a domino database to store the process related data?
Since activiti only supports relational databases, that might be a big effort to support a document based db. I think I remember, there is something called NotesSQL by IBM which might be useful for your case….

Regards
michael
