hi,when i am trying to run firstFoundationclient .java filr of alfresco sdk 2.0i am getting following error:i define repository.properties is as following:dir.root=E:\alfresco\alf_datadb.username=alfrescodb.password=alfresco## MySQL connection (This is default and requires mysql-connector-java-3.1.1

no idea about the exceptions folow this steps…

1. your dir.root=E:/alfresco/alf_data shoulb be like this then everything is correct inside the custom_repository.properties.
2. check my custom-alfresco-shared.properties

# Ports used by Alfresco AVM
#
# Note:  These ports are also used by the virtualization server
#        (hence, they're in a seperate file that's can be copied easily).

MBeanServer registry  (protocol: RMI)
avm.jmxrmi.port=50500

AVMRemote API         (protocol: RMI)
avm.remote.port=1313‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍

3. Now you copy custom-alfresco-shared.properties and custom-repository.properties under D:\Alfresco\tomcat\shared\classes\alfresco\extension
4. no need to change any thing inside repository.properties.. because now it points to custom-repository.properties

Now u run the class.
