Versioning through WebDAV?

I've been evaluating 1.0 and it's an amazing system. I'm looking for the ability to provide "seemless" versioning of documents in the repository via WebDAV integration into Windows. So, basically people have their Network Neighborhood, can see documents within Alfresco via a WebDAV link and can do

Hi,

Yes it is possible in theory, but not out of the box unfortunately.

We would have to implement the feature add a configurable option to allow this behaviour or you could write some custom code to do this.

Alternatively, this sort of behaviour may be part of the DeltaV spec, which we plan on implementing sometime in the future.
