I don't think multiple pools are fully supported yet, but I'm not sure.

Hi,

This problem is already resolved in the trunk version.
It was caused by a duplicate pool identifier, which is fixed now.
But including multiple pools in one diagram is in most cases not working with the Activiti Engine.

That's available in the Activiti SVN repository in the projects/designer path.
But I'll release a new version of the Designer next week.
