Hi,

Is it possible to have a normal file system folder send incoming content to alfresco repo ? Or indeed vica-versa, Alfresco "listens" to an external folder for incoming content? Is this something configurable within the Alfresco platform ?

Can I do a search from Alfresco for content that exists somewhere on my file system which is not in the repository (e.g. C: drive) ?

As usual, apologies for any stupid questions and thanks in advance.
Seamus

Well, I was looking for something similar. Maybe Alfresco with Mule could solve this (http://www.mulesource.com/). Has anyone tried to connect Alfresco with an Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) like Mule? Mule listens to events (like webservices, files in directories, incoming e-mail) and passes them to Alfresco?
