Just to be sure I deleted the exploded alfresco file and restarted the server. Same result.

However, after that I decided to try re-installing the module. This time I zipped it up first and installed it from the compressed file as opposed to the open directory. That worked.

Previously I had installed the module from a directory as opposed to the compressed file. Perhaps thereâ€™s something not working correctly for installing a module from a directory.

What do you mean by "installed it from the compressed file" …
