    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You have to do a lot more troubleshooting yourself… It is kind of impossible for us to check these things out via a magic glass ball (I don't have one &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":winking_face:"&gt;😉&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Try things like: accessing the right database; the correct rights, the correct config file being used&amp;nbsp; etc etc etc… &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Sorry…&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
