hi, Rules such as transformations, can be defined at 3 stages (inbound, update and outbound). When we transform a document, say from Word to PDF at inbound time, the transformation occurs -as it should- when the file is uploaded. Is it possible to perform the transformation once the document metada

Filling metadata is considered than an update, I believe, so if you choose Update, it should be worked.

Thank your for your answer: I hadn't thought of "on update" of the document and I will give it a try. But "update" should create a new version as for me, and adding metadata is not meant to make the new version…
