WCM uses two XMLs to hold configuration information.

SC.xml holds global configuration variables such as CSS, Header, Footer etc. It also points to the site navigation configuration, NavigationTree.xml.

NavigationTree.xml holds the structure of your site navigation. It is a three level navigation hierachey. It also sets the Content Items/Channels association.

You need to create SC.xml and NavigationTree.xml after you setup web forms and import the war file.

by the way, can u tell me what is motd and potd? how to use them?
