Alf 2.0 to 2.1 Update (Tomcat)

How do I take the dev code for 2.1 and use it to update the 2.0 installation?? I copied it over now i get:\alfresco>alf_startStarting Tomcat…Neither the JAVA_HOME nor the JRE_HOME environment variable is definedAt least one of these environment variable is needed to run this programD:\alfresco

Hi,

Build the alfresco.war and drop it into tomcat and restart the server. You'll have to be sure that your configuration extensions are in tomcat/shared, first. There are some bugs with the upgrade, notably certain patches that won't be applied that should be. We'll sort those out in time, though.
