In the Data Dictionary, there's suppose to be a space called "Web Forms". And when I'm in, in the action menu, there's suppose to be "Create Web Form" to create the wizard. As for if I'm using the default, all I know is that I launch Tomcat and on the browser, I use the localhost. I've created a few users as an admin.
