Hi ,I'm very new to alfresco (newbie) so I hope someone here can help me. All I need to be able to do is start an advanced workflow on a document and have it assigned to multiple reviewers rather then just the one (like the website submission workflow)Any ideas ? I know you can make you own workflo

Did you get an answer to this question?
I'm also a newbie (still evaluating in fact) and I have the same problem. We need to be able to name more than one reviewer - this seems a bit fundamental.

How did you resolve it?

Hi,

No unfortunately no one responded. Without this function alfresco can't be used for my needs. I'm now evaluating sharepoint.

I would much rather use alfreco for this simple workflow process so if anyone else has an answer to this problem :?: more people could use this open source alternative :idea:

Look in tomcat/shared/extension folder and rename workflow-context.xml.sample to workflow-context.xml

Restart Alfresco and, I believe, you will get workflow you want (plus 2 more)

I think it is called parallel review.
