Where can I do it?

2) How to give, automatically, a unique number to each document and make that number visible to the end-user?

3) How can I say that the document “belongs” to the client nº XXXX and is part of the study nº 1, nº20 and nº333?

4) I have come across with the concept “transparent layer” for directories and files.
