Consider this use case.Say you have a space with subspaces and documents inside.You recall that you forgot to make a branch (of spaces) versionnable. Thanks for your thoughts on this.

This is something we have talked about doing, it certainly would be useful.

Perhaps you'd like to raise it as an improvement to the rule/action framework in Jira (http://www.alfresco.org/jira). Then we can try and get into the next release cycle.

Just to let you know, there is already a JIRA task for this: http://www.alfresco.org/jira/browse/AWC-14 so as Roy says is definitely something we'll be doing.
