You have to change the file …\tomcat\webapps\alfresco\WEB-INF\classes\alfresco\templates\api\Services_view_html.ftl

At the end of the line 21, there's "<td>${service.defaultFormat}</tr>" but defaultFormat is undefined on 'service' object.
If you delete ${service.defaultFormat} or replace it by something like ${request.format}, it will be work fine.
