According to the docs in the wiki, when a schema element has maxOccurs > 1, the web form will render a repeater for the element.This works fine for a simple type such as xs:normalizedString, but does not work when the element type is restricted by an enumeration. When you try and render the form,

can you provide the schema you used to produce this issue? it looks like a bug.

To follow-up on Ariel's post, what would be preferable is if you could (a) open a support case, so that we can immediately look into and potentially offer up a patch or (b) open a bug at http://issues.alfresco.com and attach your XSD.
