    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This can also happen if you have deployed over the top of an old version.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The categories changed, so what might have happened is that you now have both the old set and the new set of categories in the database.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Try cleaning your database and redeploying, that should fix the issue.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Steve&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This can only happen if you have your database and content/indexes out of sync. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This is most likely to be caused by:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;* your config is not pointing to the correct location for indexes and content;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;* cleaning out the database but not the indexes; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;* cleaning out the indexes but not the database (and you do not have a version that will rebuild the indexes if they are missing).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Regards&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Andy&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You could use the export tool to export your data.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Then clean out your alfresco install - drop and recreate the database and remove the alf_data folder.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;(You might want to do a seperate deployment to ensure you don't loose any data if something goes wrong - copy your existing alfresco database and tomcat dirs so you can rename them back if something goes wrong - although it shouldn't).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Once you have a fresh install, with working categories, import your previous export and you should have all your data back.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hope this helps,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Steve&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
