Change the property of aspect from workflow

I have made my custom aspect, and i have to change the value of a property from a workflow, and my question is is there any method in the javascirpt api that take/change the value of a property.Thanks in advance!

hi,

You can change the properties of resources like this. suppose your property is status
bpm_package.children.properties["pm:status"] = "Approved";
where i is your resource sequence and pm is your model namespace

Yes i did it this way and it works when I use

bpm_package.children[i].properties["my:status"] = "Edit";
bpm_package.children[i].save();‍‍

Take a look at alfresco/extension/lifecycle_processdefinition.xml for a complete example.
