Hi,In the roadmap we can see that v2 will include translation management …Do you have more informations about this fonctionnality ?

It will be a standard model, UI and services for managing documents in multiple languages. It will also cover language-specific searching and browsing.

Using the BPM features, this could then be used to create translation workflows and life-cycles. Ideally, we'd like to be able to call out to translation services via our transformation service.

We need to have it in place by the end of the year. We're working with people very experienced in this field.

What features are you specifically looking for?

Hello,

During your effort to manage translations, do you plan to extend search capabilities in content expressed in different languages?

   I think the search engine should know in which language is written each document (or document part) and should doe linguistic treatement (during indexation and/or search) according to this language (a different list of stop words for each language, different rules for the tokenization, for the stemming, …). Is Lucene able to cover such fonctionalities?

   Do you plan to integrate the usage of thesaurus?
