For example, which user logged on at what time and date and did what?

Thanks

Rgds,
Charles Mathieu
System Engineer
NEHTA - National E-Health Transition Authority

Hi!When a user deletes content, you can see this by choosing "manage deleted items". But this user can delete this list as well, so no trace of a deleted item will remain. Is it possible to prevent this? Or is it possible to see a list of deleted deleted items? Thanks,Michael

The 1.4 preview release that went out yesterday has audit capabilties built in.

You can therefore now track who and when stuff was deleted.

That's nice, but the download is not working. Each mirror on sourceforge brings a download error.

Are too many people trying to get Alfresco?

Yes, most the public APIs are audited.

However, there is no real UI to view the audit trail, go into the database and look at the tables starting "alf_audit_". The table structure is self explanatory and doesn't take long to work out what queries you need!
