Which workflow pattern are implemented by Activiti?

No, sorry… Afaik there is no such list. Many (most?) will already be possible, but not all. But it might be that if one is not possible yet with the default supported constructs, it mig be that with a little java code it is… So if you encounter one that you think is not supported, lets us know and we'll see if we can help.

I bring back this old post to know if you now have the workflow pattern that Activiti implements (van der Aalst)? That would help a lot for my studies

Currently, I am writing a paper about the Workflow Pattern coverage in Activiti. In addition, I identify BPMN constructs which still need to be implemented to support the full list of all patterns. If you like, I can publish my paper when I am done with writing.
