    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I think it may be related to the way Unix creates a folder (whether you are using Linux or OSX), where the folder is actually created first, and then needs to be renamed. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In Windows, when you create a folder, it is not committed till you name it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Having a similar issue here, but only for Renaming a file. Renaming works fine from Windows, so it must be related to the way WebDAV access is handled. I furthermore realised differences in abilities what one can do via a WebDAV folder as well under Linux/Kubuntu. Somehow all implementations of WebDAV differ?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'm always using Alfresco 2.1 currently and in OS X I have 10.5.2, all updates.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Michael&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
