    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It appears that a simple reboot fixes the issue on our development box. My guess is that another application which utilizes Tomcat is affecting the performance of Alfresco. Our plan is to migrate Alfresco over to a dedicated Linux box and point to a mysql database on another box. Sorry about the false alarm&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

I'm running Tomcat on a Windows 2003 Server box. No changes were made to the default JVM settings that I'm aware of. We are evaluating other CMS systems on this box.
