I second this,

Alfresco eMail notification service - for folders and files/documents.

I',m looking all over but couldn't found this email subscription feature like in eRoom or Sharepoint.

This is requested from users which will decide by them self which update notification for special documents they want to receive.

Also I change (Overall status) report automatically generated with new Information and Changes would be helpful.

Search the forums and notice that it can be done with some programming, which is a little too difficult for most of us.. ops:
On the other hand, if you're using a portal or a mailclient like for example zimbra you could play with the RSS-features of Alfresco which should give you something comparable to what you want by putting an appropriate rss-feed into your mailclient or portal?
