I created a new user and some spaces in Alfresco 1.4 community edition, and did not change any settings. Then I used the IE6 to open the spaces directly as WebFolders. The problem is I can't load the new FILE into the WebFolder directly. For your reference, I don't have problem to load new file dir

I tried 1.4 preview. To my surprise, the WebFolder works in the preview version with the new file upload.

I noticed that there are more permissions in the Release than preview.

Please fix this bug so we can use the WebFolder.

Yes, this is an issue we are aware and have a fix for, it will be propogated to SVN soon.
