Is there a way to limit the mimetype on custom data types?

Hello,I appologize if I missed this somewhere, but I did search through both wiki and forums. 1) Is it possible to create a data type that only allows plain text as content? 2) Yes I can limit available options in drop-down of Web Client. However, it seems that can only be done for all data types

Hi,

Unfortunately you can't do either of the things you ask out-of-the-box, however, it wouldn't be too hard to customise the client to have this behaviour.
