      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Alfresco can support any UTF-8 language including Chinese. We have tested chinese character set in documents ok. You need to make sure your database is set to "utf-8" for this to work.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;There is not a chinese language pack yet for a recent Alfresco version - the last simplified Chinese pack is now very old:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/alfresco/PR6-ZH_CN.zip?download" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/alfresco/PR6-ZH_CN.zip?download&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;There is a project on the &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://forge.alfresco.com/projects/alf-cn/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;Alfresco Forge&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; to create a new Chinese language pack.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Kevin&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
