Content Rule sequence

If you have multple content rules on a space, how would you know w/c content rule will run first?I'm asking this because I wanted to know if it's possible to create a rule on inbound, to link a document to a category (i.e. Draft) and another rule to check a document if its under Draft category then

The rules are executed in the order of their creation, but this is only since 1.4.

The UI will also show the rules sorted by created date for the final community release (the preview release shows them ordered by title).

I'm using 1.4 RC and the creation order is correct.

But 2nd rule just wouldn't run.
