Ok,

I've changed the diagram.bpmn20.xml:

     […]
     <activiti:formProperty id="email" name="E-Mail-Adresse" type="string" required="true"/>
     […]
     <serviceTask id="mailtask1" name="Send rejection notification via email" activiti:type="mail">
     <extensionElements>
        <activiti:field name="to" expression="info@oliver-weidel.de"></activiti:field>
        <activiti:field name="from" expression="xy@oliver-weidel.de"></activiti:field>
        <activiti:field name="subject" expression="subject1234"></activiti:field>
             <activiti:field name="html">
                 <activiti:expression><![CDATA[<html>
                 <body>
                 […]
                 </body>]]>
              </activiti:expression>
         </activiti:field>
     </extensionElements>
     </serviceTask>
     […]

But still the same error.. Any idea, why Activiti try to send at localhost? At another installation on another computer the same issue is reported.

Hi,

Are you using the Activiti Explorer to run the process?
Then you should change the mailhost config in that web application and not in activiti-rest.
Just look at the applicationContext.xml file in the WEB-INF/classes dir of the Activiti Explorer.

@koyukavruk, you're configuration didn't came through, wrap it in a code-block instead… Also, make sure the configuration of your server is correct and that your server accepts connections in that port from all hosts…
