Custom Version number

Hi, Is possible to customize version number starting at "0.0" instead of "1.0"?When we upload a document it aquires version number "1.0"…but I want it to be version number "0.0"…Is it possible?Thanks

Hi,

Currently there is not an easy way to change this without making a change to the code.

The intention is make a change to allow the version label logic to be injected onto the VersionService allowing custom version label logic to be added easily.

Once this change has been made the start version of the default version label logic could be configured in Spring.

There is a Jira task for this work here http://issues.alfresco.com/browse/AR-347. If this makes it into 2.0 I'll let you know.

I have a similar rquirement to this. My requirement is that documents are only labeled as 1.0 once they have been reviewed and approved.

Does anyone know if this is possible in 2.0? Or if this will be added in the future?

The link to the "Jira task" doesn't work for me?
