is this consistently reproducible? if so - steps to reproduce would be good.

in the past this kind of error has happened when a repeat control gets confused - but the majority of those issues should have been addressed in the community release. if you can reproduce consistently - please file a bug with steps at issues.alfresco.com and we'll resolve it asap.
