We will present them a PDF which will have a unique id on top right corner of pdf. So if he leaves the form in-between, he will be able to retrieve the same form by using the unique id. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The user me just download the pdf and fill it by hand and scan and send.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can use the &lt;A href="https://github.com/ntmcminn/alfresco-pdf-toolkit" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;Alfresco PDF Toolkit&lt;/A&gt; to add things like sequence numbers to PDF pages. In fact, it uses the iText library under the covers so whatever you were doing there is probably possible using the toolkit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
