do you have to restart the application to be able to login again?

you seem to have some issues with the db as well. please also post your alfresco-global.properties

database look OK, because I can connect and select data from some tables as attachment,

How many RAM are you using for Alfresco repo? With that size 16-24 GB seems required.

OS: Windows 2008 R2 std

Memory 16GB

CPU: 8vCPU

And how many of this RAM is dedicated to Tomcat?

If 16 GB is for the whole server, maybe you need to increase your RAM.

4 GB is too low for your repository size.

IMO, you should use (at least) 16 GB.

Alfresco repository required RAM grows with repository size. Although I have not (yet) a rule to calculate the amount or RAM required per GB in the repository.
