      <description>While creating a new site, I found the URL name of the site can only be in English, as well as the folder name in Repository &amp;gt; Sites.Can it be in Chinese? Thanks!</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks for Rogers Response.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Generally the "URL name" will also be the site folder name, If the folder name can't be in Chinese, it's not convenient for the people to operate the files between the folders, since most end users don't speak English. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
