      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You would have to code some sort of restriction yourself.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; There's nothing to "prevent" valid users logging into explorer.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
