The problem has been solved. Surprisingly it was related to parameter:

index.tracking.disableInTransactionIndexing=true‍

in respository.properties
which switched back to 'false' caused the person node is created propely again. It's been changed due to memory leak issue in CMIS using CmisSync (by the way it didn't help).

Thank you for your sugesstion about create person on login issue, it helped clarify a lot how these mechanisms work.

Regarding configuration posting - it's bit complicated to gather several files with dozen lines of configuration. But next time I'll do my best

Tanks a lot, hoping my work'll help someone.
Peter

Sound like you don't have synchronization working or you have you turned off the option to create people on login?

Please post your configuration when asking questions like this.
