You need to modify below ftl file for copy and move module.

copy-move-to.get.html.ftl which is actually getting loaded by global-folder.get.html.ftl

Both files are located at: tomcat\webapps\share\WEB-INF\classes\alfresco\site-webscripts\org\alfresco\modules\documentlibrary\

Thank you for the reply I finally found it and I also modified the copy-move-to.js to perform some backend javascripts because I want to do a site search under the site picker of the copy and move to dialog box.
