      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks for the suggestion but unfortunately that kind of access is not available in the Cloud only implementation.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Fortunately, it seems the issue has been resolved but still disappointing it happened in the first place.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
